By signing up for or using a Future Experience Corporation product ("you"), you agree to these terms. Where a separately negotiated custom agreement conflicts with them, the negotiated agreement controls.
Future Experience Corporation provides hosted products — a business-management workspace, AI-powered communication tools, and related services. Available plans, modules, and user limits vary by product and are shown at signup.
Monthly, no commitment. Default billing is monthly, charged in advance, cancel anytime effective at the end of the current paid period. No refund for the remainder of a paid month.
12-month commitment (discounted rate). Choosing the discounted "Yearly" rate is not a one-time annual charge — you're still billed monthly, at the lower committed rate, but committing to stay 12 months. Cancelling early means you'll be invoiced for the remaining committed months, due immediately; this is disclosed and acknowledged at checkout. Today, that remaining-balance invoice is prepared and sent by our team rather than charged automatically — you'll get it by email, not an automatic charge on your payment method.
Non-payment. A missed or declined renewal payment gets an immediate email asking you to update it, a reminder at 24 hours, and — if still unpaid — your workspace is suspended (inaccessible, not deleted) at 48 hours. A suspended workspace is kept for 15 days; paying anytime in that window restores full access. After 15 days with no payment, your workspace is backed up and permanently deleted, with a download link to that backup emailed to you.
First-time purchases are refundable within 14 days of first payment, no questions asked. After that window, payments are non-refundable, including the 12-month commitment's remaining-balance charge on early cancellation. The Free Trial takes no payment, so there's nothing to refund. Refund requests go through our contact form.
AI-powered features, where available, use Google's Gemini API or a similar third-party service. Outputs are AI-generated drafts/suggestions for you to review — we make no guarantee of accuracy, and you're responsible for reviewing anything before it's sent to a customer or acted on. AI outputs may not be used to train a third-party model or to build a competing product.
You may not use our products to: send, store, or process illegal, fraudulent, or exploitative content, or infringe on someone else's intellectual property; send unsolicited bulk email or SMS, or use our own email/SMS marketing features without the recipient's proper consent — the same consent standard we collect at signup; attempt unauthorized access to another customer's workspace or account, probe or scan our infrastructure, or otherwise bypass our security; overload our products through unthrottled automated requests, excessive storage abuse, or scraping; or resell or sublicense access to your workspace or account without our agreement. Report suspected abuse through our contact form.
You own the business data you enter into your workspace or account. You can request an export at any time, including after cancellation, within the data retention window described in our Privacy Policy.
We run on a single VPS, not a redundant multi-region cloud. Uptime depends on our hosting provider, Hostinger — we don't promise our own separate uptime percentage (like the "99.9%" figures larger, redundant-infrastructure providers quote), since that isn't something we can independently guarantee. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside business hours where possible and announced in advance by email.
Your data is protected by two independent backup layers: an automated nightly backup at 4:00 AM, stored off the server, plus an independent weekly backup kept by Hostinger as a second safety net. The nightly backup is what we use for day-to-day recovery; worst case, you could lose up to 24 hours of data (since backups run once nightly).
This doesn't cover: outages outside our infrastructure (your internet, DNS on your end, or a dependency like PayPal, Google's Gemini API, or SMTP2GO being down); the shared demo and Free Trial, which are provided as-is with no uptime or backup commitment; or data loss from something you did yourself inside your own workspace, though we can usually still help if you ask quickly. We do not currently offer service credits or refunds for downtime — if an outage affects you, contact us and we'll work with you directly.
We may change plan pricing at any time without prior notice — it takes effect at your next renewal, never changing what you're already being charged mid-term. We may also update these terms from time to time; when we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products after a change means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
