Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-08-30.

This policy describes how Future Experience Corporation ("Future Experience," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information gathered through our website, our hosted products (business-management software and AI-powered communication tools), and related communications. Future Experience Corporation is registered at 57 Pairash Ave, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 0N1, Canada.

What we collect

When you request a trial, demo, or contact us, we collect what you provide directly: your name, company, work email, phone number, and (for Canadian customers) HST number. We do not collect payment or financial information ourselves — that's handled entirely by PayPal, which never shares your card or bank details with us.

If you sign up for one of our hosted products, you get your own isolated workspace. Everything you and your team put into it — customers, leads, invoices, inventory, appointments, and so on — is your business data. We only use it to provide the service, never for anything else. The shared demo environment is the one exception: it resets every few hours and isn't private, so don't put real data in it.

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block bots, and our servers keep standard technical logs.

How we use it, and who else touches it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provision and run the product you've signed up for, and keep you updated about your account. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone for their own marketing or analytics purposes.

A short list of who else is involved in running our products, and why:

Our hosted products themselves are built on Odoo Community Edition plus open-source modules from the Odoo Community Association (OCA) — self-hosted software we run ourselves, not a third party that receives your data.

Our servers, through our hosting provider Hostinger, are physically located in the United States. We're based in, and primarily serve, Ontario, Canada — so your data does cross the Canada–US border, and could be accessed by US authorities under US law, the same as for any Canadian business using US-based cloud infrastructure.

Access to your workspace is limited to Future Experience's own small technical team, who use direct administration tools to maintain the platform, troubleshoot issues, and take backups. There's no separate outsourced support team or reseller with access to your data.

Your choices

You can access, correct, delete, or export your data at any time — for a hosted product, this includes exporting your workspace before or after cancellation. As a Canadian business, we're subject to PIPEDA and will respond to any request within 30 days. If your data lives inside someone else's workspace (e.g. you're a customer or lead of one of our own customers), that request goes to them directly — it's their data, not ours.

Reach us anytime through our contact form to exercise any of these choices.

Data retention

If your account is cancelled or deleted, your workspace is backed up (encrypted at rest), then permanently purged after 90 days — plenty of time to request an export first. While active, your data is protected by an automated nightly backup stored off-server, plus an independent weekly backup from our hosting provider as a second safety net. Full detail in our Terms & Conditions.

Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your data: encrypted backups, HTTPS everywhere, and access limited to the people who need it to run the platform.

This policy covers Future Experience's own website and hosted products. When you follow a link away from here — to a provider we use, a partner's site, or any other outside resource — that site's own privacy policy governs your visit there.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
